About Bridging Finance

The Application Process

Our process application process is straight-forward and quick. Once we have recieved your enquiry we will give you an “in principle” decision on the same day.

Agreement in Principle

We send you the ‘Agreement in Principle’ detailing the information we will need to progress the full loan application. (We will help you complete all the necessary paperworkfor submission).

Valuation & Legals

We will instruct a surveyor to value the property; once we have received this we will then instruct solicitors to complete the transaction.


We will give you Confirmation of the Loan terms including rates and fees.


Once the solicitor hass all the necessary paperwork your funds could be available on the same day.
